The villa is situated just 50m from the sandy beach in a quiet part of the town. It is also right next to the Waterman resort with its tennis courts football field. There are six apartments 4+2 in the building, each one with two bedrooms, and big living room with fold-out couch beds for two people, well equipped kitchens (complete with microwave oven and dishwasher), bathrooms and terraces. All apartments are very comfortably furnished with satellite TV's, and every room is air-conditioned. There is a parking place at the guests disposal. They are 700 m from centre, and 100 m from the supermarket.
