THE VILLA SUTIVAN ON THE ISLAND ofBRAĆ

The villa is situated in the little village of Sutivan on the North of the island, very close to the beach. It is 500m from the center of the town. There are six apartments of many types. The Villa has a swimming-pool with a terrace, a restaurant for guests` only, and a wellness and beauty center. There is also a Laundry room and a Rent-a-bike. All apartments are air-conditioned, comfortably and very modernly furnished and equipped, and with a view of the sea or terrace.

Apartments number 1 and 2
Apartments number 1 and 2 ( for max 6 people ) are 80 square-meters altogether, with a dining room with a kitchen annex's, and one bathroom. There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two beds, and one extra bed. The second bedroom has a double bed, with a view of the sea. The third bedroom has a single bed.

Apartment nr 3
Apartment number 3 ( for max 5 people ) is 50 square-meters altogether. It has a dining room with a kitchen annex and two extra couch-beds. There is also a bedroom for three people, and a bathroom. The apartment has no balcony. From the window one can view the swimming pool and terrace.

Apartment nr 4
Apartment number 4 is a studio type. It is 40square-meters altogether. It has a Dining room with kitchen annex, and a bedroom with an extra bed and bathroom.

Apartment nr 5 i 6
Apartments number 5 and 6 are studio type: They are 22 square-meters altogether. There is a dining room with a kitchen annex , bedroom for three, and a bathroom. The apartment has a view of the sea.
